Populace of Maraba area, Ilorin were thrown into shock today as a new born baby was found in the gutter this morning at the area . The baby was evidently strangled to death with a polythene nylon.
However, the Police are yet to ascertain the perpetrator of the evil, as investogation is still ongoing.
Hmmmn what a wicked world.
